Ingredients
- 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
- 2 Tablespoons butter
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- dash of pepper
- 1 cup milk
- 2 Tablespoons cornstarch
- 2 cups frozen corn
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease an 8 inch square baking pan or 2 quart casserole dish.
- Sauté onion in butter until the onions are translucent.
- Add salt and pepper.
- Mix the cornstarch with the milk until smooth. Pour over the sautéed onion. Stirring constantly, bring the mixture to a boil and cook until it thickens.
- Add corn.
- Pour into a baking pan and bake in preheated oven for 1/2 hour.
