Taco Soup

Yield: 10 servings

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/3 cup Taco Seasoning Mix
  • 6 cups crushed tomatoes
  • 3 cups corn (or 24 ounce can of hominy,drained)
  • 2 cups water

Instructions

  1. Brown meat and onion in a skillet. Drain any excess grease.
  2. Combine meat and remaining ingredients in a slow cooker. Cover and Cook on low for 4 hours. Serve with chips and salad.
