Ingredients
- 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- dash of pepper
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 2 cups corn
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease an 8 inch square baking pan.
- Saute onion in butter.
- Add salt and pepper.
- Mix cornstarch with milk and pour over sauteed onion. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly until mixture thickens.
- Add corn.
- Pour into baking pan and bake 1/2 hour.
