Spanish Rice (Gluten-Free)

Ingredients

  • 1 pound hamburger
  • 1 onion, minced
  • 1 -  6 ounce can of tomato paste
  • 3 cups water
  • 2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon basil
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic
  • 3 cups cooked rice

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Lightly grease a 2 quart casserole dish.
  3. Brown hamburger, drain excess grease.
  4. Mix in remaining ingredients.
  5. Spread in greased 2 quart casserole dish.
  6. Cover and bake 30 minutes.
