Mexican Rice

Ingredients

  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 cup uncooked rice
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup Casera Sauce

Instructions

  1. In a 2 quart saucepan, saute garlic and rice in oil over medium heat until lightly browned.
  2. Stir in chicken broth and casera sauce.
  3. Heat to boiling, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat. Cover and simmer 20 minutes.
