- 1 clove garlic
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 cup uncooked rice
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1/4 cup Casera Sauce
- In a 2 quart saucepan, saute garlic and rice in oil over medium heat until lightly browned.
- Stir in chicken broth and casera sauce.
- Heat to boiling, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat. Cover and simmer 20 minutes.
