Mandarin Orange Dessert

Ingredients

  • 2 - 15 ounce cans of Mandarin oranges
  • 1 - 3 ounce package orange gelatin
  • 1 - 3 ounce package cook and serve vanilla pudding mix (NOT instant)
  • 1 - 3 ounce package cook and serve tapioca pudding mix (NOT instant)
  • 2-3/4 cups water
  • 1 cup whipping cream

Instructions

  1. In a medium size saucepan, mix gelatin and pudding mixes with water
  2. Stirring constantly, bring to a boil over medium heat and boil for one minute.
  3. While the orange pudding mix is cooling, drain the mandarin oranges.
  4. Whip cream until stiff
  5. Fold whipped cream into the cooled orange pudding
  6. Fold in Mandarin oranges
  7. Pour mix into serving bowl and chill until set, about 2 hours
