Mandarin Orange Dessert
Ingredients
- 2 - 15 ounce cans of Mandarin oranges
- 1 - 3 ounce package orange gelatin
- 1 - 3 ounce package cook and serve vanilla pudding mix (NOT instant)
- 1 - 3 ounce package cook and serve tapioca pudding mix (NOT instant)
- 2-3/4 cups water
- 1 cup whipping cream
Instructions
- In a medium size saucepan, mix gelatin and pudding mixes with water
- Stirring constantly, bring to a boil over medium heat and boil for one minute.
- While the orange pudding mix is cooling, drain the mandarin oranges.
- Whip cream until stiff
- Fold whipped cream into the cooled orange pudding
- Fold in Mandarin oranges
- Pour mix into serving bowl and chill until set, about 2 hours
