Ingredients
- 2-1/3 cups brown rice flour
- 2-1/3 cups cornstarch
- 1/3 cup potato flour
- 2 teaspoons xanthum gum
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together and store in an airtight container.
- May be used to replace wheat flour in many recipes at approximately a 1:1 ratio.
- Variations:
- Depending on dietary needs, cornstarch can be replaced with potato starch
