Gluten-Free Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup butter
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 8 drops green food coloring (optional)
  • 3 cups {gluten-free flour mix|https://www.thimblesandacorns.com/gluten-free-flour-mix/}
  • 1 - 2 cups chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Cream butter and sugars together.
  3. Add eggs and beat until creamy.
  4. Stir in salt, baking soda, and vanilla extract.
  5. Mix until well blended.
  6. Add gluten-free flour mix and stir until well blended.
  7. Stir in chocolate chips.
  8. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls on an ungreased cookie sheet, about 2-inches apart.
  9. Bake 7 - 10 minutes until lightly browned around the edges.
