Gluten-Free Dumplings

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Gluten-Free Flour Mix
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon cream of tartar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Mix dry ingredients together.
  2. Stir in remaining ingredients until well blended.
  3. Drop the dough by spoonfuls into boiling soup or stew.
  4. Cover pot, reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes (do not remove the cover during this time).
