- 2 cups Gluten-Free Flour Mix
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon cream of tartar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- Mix dry ingredients together.
- Stir in remaining ingredients until well blended.
- Drop the dough by spoonfuls into boiling soup or stew.
- Cover pot, reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes (do not remove the cover during this time).
