Casera Sauce

Ingredients

• 2 medium tomatoes
• 1 medium onion
• 1 clove garlic
• 1 canned jalepeno, seeded
• 1/2 teaspoon jalepeno liquid
• 1 tablespoon cilantro or parsley
• 1 tablespoon lemon juice
• 2 teaspoons olive oil
• 1/2 teaspoon oregano

Instructions

1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor and process until finely chopped.
