Gluten-Free Banana Bread

Ingredients

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups mashed bananas, 3 - 4 medium bananas
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3 cups Gluten-Free Flour Mix

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F. Grease two 9 inch loaf pans.
  2. Beat sugar, oil, eggs, bananas, baking soda, baking powder, and salt together until smooth.
  3. Stir in Gluten-Free Flour Mix.
  4. Divide batter evenly between the two loaf pans.
  5. Bake one hour or until a wooden pick inserted into the center comes out clean.
