Ingredients
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups mashed bananas, 3 - 4 medium bananas
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 cups Gluten-Free Flour Mix
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 F. Grease two 9 inch loaf pans.
- Beat sugar, oil, eggs, bananas, baking soda, baking powder, and salt together until smooth.
- Stir in Gluten-Free Flour Mix.
- Divide batter evenly between the two loaf pans.
- Bake one hour or until a wooden pick inserted into the center comes out clean.
