This Waterfall Bustle is designed specifically to attach to Thimbles and Acorns Victorian Era Bustle Dresses, but is versatile enough to use with just about any dress – or even pants – to add a little Victorian or Steampunk panache. It can be sewn directly to a dress or bodice or attached with snaps or on a waistband as a separate piece.
